What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The standard MOQ is 100 units (varies depending on the model). We also accept small trial orders for market testing.
Are samples available?
Yes. Samples in stock are sent within 1 working day. Delivery by courier service like DHL takes 5–7 days.
Is logo and packaging customization possible?
Yes. Logo/packaging customization requires an MOQ of 500 units. Module or functional customization requires an MOQ of 1000 units.
What are the delivery times?
Samples: 1–3 days (if in stock). Bulk orders: 25–35 working days after receiving the advance payment and confirming all details.
What is your quality control process?
We maintain strict quality control (ISO 9001:2015 certificate). There are 25 stages of online production control and 100% aging testing before packaging.
