How many years warranty for your products?
We offer a 2 to 3-year warranty depending on the product specifications.
Can I have a sample or small sample orders?
Yes, samples are available. OEM and ODM orders are also acceptable to meet your specific needs.
What's the chip brand used in your lights?
We use high-quality brands including Epistar, BRIDGELUX, Osram, and Cree, with CCT ranging from 3000k-6000k based on requirements.
How about the MOQ and Lead Time?
We support low MOQ, starting from 1 piece for samples. Lead time ranges from 3-25 days depending on the order quantity.
What are the payment terms?
Usually, we require a T/T 30% deposit, with the remaining T/T 70% balance paid before shipping.
How is the order processed?
After your inquiry, we provide a quotation and samples if needed. Once details are confirmed via PI and deposit is received, production begins. We inform you before completion for final payment and shipping.
